提示:订单支付过程遇到的问题:

支付宝qps限制,
支付宝支付成功后回调失败-》3次重试-》用户付款成功,订单状态没修改支付前把订单号加入队列-》发起支付-》在回调接口中删除队列中的订单号-》队列中存的没回调(定时调用支付宝查询接口,根据返回结果更新数据库状态)

在util下面新建pay.py:
