1）检查mysql组合用户是否存在
2）若不存在，则创建mysql组和用户
对于版本选择，您可以选择以下两种方式：

注意：上边三种方式找mysql离线安装包的方式都可以。
设置文件及目录权限：
1）获得mysql初始密码
2）修改密码
3）验证新密码是否登录成功：
