本人在安装过程是先安装了python->飞桨->anaconda
在安装Python后 按照飞桨里面流程安装了paddle
原因：还需要在anaconda3里面安装一次
流程：在python安装后 还需要在anaconda里面进行安装
先打开anaconda prompt(这里强推listary 双击ctrl就可以唤醒 进行全局查找)
然后再在 anaconda里面进行 pip命令的安装
