- 先把文字加些HTML代码做成个网页，上传到服务器（对技术人员没难度），不会的可以把文字发表在某个网站上。
- 在手机上用百度打开这个页面，选择朗读网页，同步手机上的录音，并将生成的文件发送到电脑。

背景视频
- PPT做几个绿背景的空页面
- 选择导出视频，控制每页的呈现时间，生成语音长度相同的视频。

存在的问题
因为这是一段合成视频，如果文字有误，你必须从头再来一遍，所以要尽量确保在最终版本之后有字幕。
