Solution 1: 安装工具问题
使用conda install 安装包 时出现上述错误，改用pip install 安装包 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
Solution 2: 镜像源问题
1、conda config，创建.condarc文件
2、conda config –show-sources, 查看.condarc文件路径
3、打开conda应用程序的配置文件.condarc，如果文件里内容是空括号，则在命令行中运行以下指令：
conda config –add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/
conda config –add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/
conda config –add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config –set show_channel_urls yes
4、conda remove -n 虚拟环境名 –all：删除当前虚拟环境
5、conda create -n tensorflow（虚拟环境名） python=版本号：重新创建虚拟环境，安装必须的包，问题解决。
